EBAA members gather for a Community Chat on Staffing. Join in on the discussion about current challenges with staffing and share best practices for hiring, staffing, and onboarding. Discuss staffing with peers in the eye bank community!

EBAA Community Chats are member-driven discussions on topics of importance and relevance to the eye banking community. The chats are held on the Zoom Meetings platform and provide members with the opportunity to ask questions of the community and share experiences and insights.  All EBAA Members are invited to join and are encouraged to participate in the discussion.
