Haley Lyne joined the Saving Sight team as a Recovery Technician in October 2015. In June 2016, Haley was promoted to Hospital Development Manager for the Southwest Missouri region. Haley services approximately 46 hospitals as well as numerous Medical Examiners, Coroners, and Funeral Homes within her region. Prior to working at Saving Sight, Haley worked three years as an Ophthalmic Assistant for a corneal transplant surgeon. Haley is a student at American College for Healthcare Sciences obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health Sciences.
Darcy Ross

Darcey Ross serves as a Hospital Development Manager for Saving Sight. Darcey began her career with Saving Sight as a laboratory technician, but has been in her current role working with hospitals in the Kansas City area for the past 2 and half years. Prior to joining Saving Sight, Darcey was an ophthalmic technician and an optometric assistant.

Tori Weiss has been a Hospital Development Manager at Saving Sight for almost two years based out of St. Louis. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Public Health and has experience working in development and fundraising with other non-profits.
Lindsey Speir
Director, Hospital and Transplant Center Services
Mid-America Transplant
Lindsey Speir is the Director of Hospital and Transplant Center Services at Mid-America Transplant who helps enhance hospital partner relationships to ensure donation opportunities are made possible. Lindsey has been a Registered Nurse for 15 years, is a Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator, and has a master’s in health administration. Prior to her current position, Lindsey started her career as a Trauma Surgical ICU nurse, worked for 2 years as an Organ Procurement Coordinator, and 4 years as the Manager of Organ Procurement at Mid-America Transplant. Lindsey’s clinical background, relationship management skills, and passion for process improvement has led to many enhancements with hospital partners which directly resulted in more tissue and organ donors.
Teresa Ham
Chief Administrative Officer
Advancing Sight Network
Teresa Ham joined the Advancing Sight Network team in 2002 and she currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer for the multi-state organization. Teresa brings both compassion and professionalism as she leads accounting, human resources, marketing, development and education for Advancing Sight Network. She also serves the donation community on a national level as chair of the EBAA Donor, Partner and Community Relations Committee and a member of the Donate Life America Advisory council where she serves as both state team liaison and EBAA liaison. Teresa serves as 2nd Team Leader for Donate Life Alabama where she passionately pursues organ, eye, and tissue donation education at the state level. Teresa earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Huntingdon College.
