Metrics for Success: Strengthening Relationships with Donation Partners

Reducing Case Loss Through a Data-Driven Hospital Relations Approach
Learn how Saving Sight's hospital development team has applied a systematic approach to gathering, analyzing and sharing data with donor hospitals. This practice has allowed us to identify and address case loss "hot spots," motivate external partners, and apply a "virtual rounding" technique during COVID-19 when hospital visits were limited.
