Overview

Stress and adversity are unfortunate common occurrences in our every day lives. It’s not the negative incidences that matter the most, but rather how we choose to tackle and overcome them. Resilience is not a trait that people either have or do not have. It involves behaviors, thoughts and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone. This session will discuss factors that can contribute to your ability to successfully build resiliency as well as specific strategies to build it!
