Here are some quick tips and answers to your questions.

What are the recommended browsers and internet setting for this site?

To view the recorded webinars, you must use an HTML 5 supported web browser. To confirm if you are able to view the products, please take the browser test.

How do I log into my account?

 If you already have an EBAA account, enter your email and password at the top left corner of the eyeLEARN home page. If you forgot your password, you can click "Forgot Password" to reset your log in information. If you have trouble logging in, please contact Herocia@restoresight.org. Please note: your login information is the same for all of EBAA's sites (The Lens, Member Portal, and eyeLEARN).

How do I edit my profile?

When you are logged in to EBAA's Education Portal, hover over your name and click “Profile". Updating your interested will personalize the “Recommended for You” section with topics that match your interests.

How do I register for a live upcoming webinar?

To register, select the "Register" button and complete the checkout process. An EBAA member benefit is that all webinars are free for all member eye bank staff. Non-members can register for $50 per webinar.

What do I do if I experience a problem when I’m logged in?

If you are already logged into an event and experience a problem (slides stop advancing, streaming audio stops/fails, etc.), please follow these steps: “refresh" your web browseror clear the cache in your web browser, and then close your web browser completely. Try using a different kind of browser. Open the presentation link again on your web browser and resume watching the presentation.

Where do I find all the sessions I registered for?

All the sessions you registered for/attend can be find in the Dashboard.

How do I view the CEUs once I have completed a session?

The presentation and survey must be completed in order to claim credit for a session. To view your CEUs, log into the EBAA website, and then click "View My CEUs."

Do I receive a certificate of attendance after I have watched an on-demand presentation?

Yes, the certificate will be available for download after you have watched the presentation and completed the evaluation. This certificate can be provided to AATB for credit towards one’s CTBS certification.
