Here are some quick tips and answers to your questions.

1. What are the recommended browsers and internet setting for this site?

To view the recorded webinars, you must use an HTML 5 supported web browser.  To confirm if you are able to view the products, please take the browser test.


2. How do I log into my account?

If you already have an EBAA account, click the LOG IN button at the top left corner of the eyeLEARN home page. You will be redirected to the EBAA log in screen. Enter the user name and password you use to log into the EBAA Website, and then you will be logged into EBAA's Education Portal, eyeLEARN. 
If you forgot your password, you can click "Forgot Password" to reset your log in information. If you have trouble logging in, please contact Genevieve Casaceli.


3. How do I edit my profile?

When you are logged in to EBAA's Education Portal, hover over your name and click “Profile". In the profile section, you can edit your password and update your interest profile. Updating your interested will personalize the “Recommended for You” section with topics that match your interests.


4. How do I register for an on-demand presentation?

To register for sessions, log into the site and then click on any of the presentation sections. In the “Catalog” you can filter the presentations by category. Once you find the presentation you'd like to view, click on the title or click "View" to see the session description and speaker information. To proceed, select the "Register" button. 


5. What does it cost?

The cost to purchase an On-Demand presentation is $65.00 for members and $120.00 for non-members. There is also an option for a group to view the session together, which costs an additional $55. EBAA does offer complimentary sessions, which can be found on the "Free Sessions" page.


6. What do I do if I experience a problem when I'm logged in?

If you are already logged into an event and experience a problem (slides stop advancing, streaming audio stops/fails, etc.), please follow these steps: “refresh" your web browseror clear the cache in your web browser, and then close your web browser completely. Open the presentation link again on your web browser and resume watching the presentation.


7. Where do I find all the sessions I registered for?

All the sessions you registered for/attend can be find in the Dashboard section.


8. How are the sessions on the "Recommended for You" page selected?

Recommended page contains products recommended based on your interest categories as defined in your profile. To define/ edit your interest areas, please visit your profile.


9. How do I view the CEUs once I have completed a session? 

Once you have attended a session, your CEUs will be entered into restoresight.org. To view your CEUs, log into the EBAA website, click on the arrow next to “My Information” and then click on “My Professional Development.’ 


10. Do I receive a certificate of attendance after I have watched a presentation? 

Yes, the certificate will be available for download after you have watched the presentation and completed the evaluation.   


11. If I purchase a presentation on my profile, can others earn CEUs for watching the session? 

No, they will need to purchase and view the presentation as well. If you purchase the group option then you may view it together.
