During the 2022 Cornea and Eye Banking Forum, the Best Paper of Session Award was presented to Hamid Alemi, MD, MPH, from Schepens Eye Research Institute, for his presentation, “Efficacy of Alpha Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone in Suppressing Corneal Edema Following Injury.” This award is presented annually by EBAA and Cornea Society to recognize the best paper by a medical student, resident or fellow. The 2022 award is supported by an unrestricted educational grant from Lions Eye Bank West Central Ohio.
