The EBAA DEI Committee is hosting a roundtable discussion / community chat about the current state of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion amongst eye banks. In today's political climate DEI is being scrutinized; many states have passed laws limiting members' ability to uphold DEI programming and efforts.
Join our panelists as they discuss their varying DEI circumstances and how they are adapting to the current climate and restrictions, while still upholding important DEI values and principles that contribute to a positive and productive workplace environment for everyone.
We encourage participants to engage in the discussion and ask questions. If you're uncomfortable asking a question of offering a comment, you may submit them in advance - they will be read/asked anonymously. Please send your thoughts to Herocia@RestoreSight.org by Wednesday, August 13.
To create as safe and open an environment as possible, this session will NOT be recorded - so please plan to attend live.
