Your website is often the first place donor families, surgeons, hospital partners, recruits, and the public go to learn about your eye bank. But a site that's hard to navigate, full of jargon, or indistinguishable from everyone else's can lose those visitors in seconds. In this webinar, the Rocketkoi team will share practical, field-tested strategies for building a website that serves your visitors and your organization's goals.
Whether you're starting from scratch, planning a redesign, or just want to get more out of the site you have, you'll leave with concrete ideas you can put to work right away. The session covers three core areas:
- Help visitors find what they're looking for. Structure navigation, menus, and page layouts around what your audiences need, so a surgeon looking for tissue request information and a donor family looking for support each get where they're going quickly.
- Help visitors understand what they're seeing. Use clear language, visual hierarchy, and purposeful design to make complex information easy to scan and act on, including for people who are new to eye banking.
- Show your unique value, authority, and expertise. Put your organization's impact, credibility, and story front and center so your site builds trust with partners, donors, and the community, and stands out in search results.
