Dana Owens, CEBT, is the Director of Tissue Recovery for Eversight. She began her healthcare career as an EMT and Medic in the United States Army. Soon after, she found her niche within the world of eyes. For the past 8 years Dana has been involved in eye banking as a recovery technician, recovery manager, business development and distribution manager, and has been the Director of Tissue Recovery for the past 9 months. Dana lives just outside of Springfield, IL with her husband and 5 kids (all teenagers!!) and many family pets. She also travels frequently to all of the Eversight office locations in Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, and Ohio.

Renee Hinesley, is born and raised in Michigan's serene landscape, and embodies the values of dedication and innovation.
Rooted in family and fueled by a passion for excellence, she balanced the responsibilities of parenthood, ownership and management of two businesses and her full-time career in the medical field. Her journey took an academic turn at Duke University, where she graduated at the top of her class and further spearheaded her career in ophthalmology.
Driven by a desire to make a tangible impact, Renee found her calling at Miracles in Sight. As a parent of three and grandmother of one, she understands the importance of time and efficiency. Harnessing her expertise, she spearheaded the streamlining of training processes, revolutionizing the way field technicians are prepared to cut and handle tissue. Renee continues to analyze, assess and improve the processes within Miracles in Sight to support its main goal; restore vision and hope.
