The 2022 Troutman Cornea Prize was presented to Dr. Jodi Hwang, for her article, Conjunctival Vessels in Diabetes Using Functional Slit Lamp Biomicroscopy. The Troutman Cornea Prize is bestowed annually by the Cornea Society for the paper published in Cornea during the previous year judged to be most outstanding and innovative, and authored by an investigator 40 years of age or younger.
Dr. Hwang received the award and presented the Troutman Cornea Prize Lecture during the 2022 Cornea and Eye Banking Forum.

Dr. Jodi Hwang is the 2022 Richard Troutman Cornea Prize Recipient. Cornea Society awarded her the Troutman Prize for her Cornea article, Conjunctival Vessels in Diabetes Using Functional Slit Lamp Biomicroscopy. The article appeared in the August 2021 issue of Cornea. Dr. Hwang presented on her research during the 2022 Cornea and Eye Banking Forum.
