Talking to your Board and Others about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Includes a Live Web Event on 03/19/2025 at 1:00 PM (EDT)

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is a hot-button topic across the country and in the media right now. A core value of EBAA’s, the DEI Committee is hosting this session to remind members of what DEI is, what all it includes, and how to convey its importance to Board members and other stakeholder who may be skeptical about its relevance.

Speakers discuss DEI at their own organizations, successes and challenges of DEI programs, and approaches they’ve taken when addressing their Boards of Directors.

Register for this session to have a better understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and become more comfortable discussing it with others.
