A core value of EBAA’s, the DEI Committee is hosting this session to remind members of what DEI is, what all it includes, and how to convey its importance to Board members and other stakeholder who may be skeptical about its relevance.
Speakers discuss DEI at their own organizations, successes and challenges of DEI programs, and approaches they’ve taken when addressing their Boards of Directors.
