Georges de Vastey is the Tissue Donation Screening & Education Supervisor at UT Southwestern, with over 10 years of experience in organ and tissue donation. After serving as a Hospital Liaison, he advanced into a leadership role where he oversees authorization specialists responsible for obtaining donation authorization and outreach specialists who educate hospital partners on the donation process. Originally from New York and now based in Dallas, Georges relocated to pursue continued growth and broaden his impact within the donation field, bringing a strong commitment to education, collaboration, and advancing the culture of donation.

Michele Rosdahl serves as the Aftercare Manager for DCI Donor Services, bringing more than two decades of experience supporting individuals and families through meaningful life transitions. Her career began in the behavioral health and social welfare sectors, and for the past eight years she has dedicated herself to organ, eye, and tissue donation—five of those years with DCI Donor Services and its Aftercare program. Michele earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Counseling, grounding her work in both clinical insight and compassionate communication. She leads a team of Aftercare Coordinators across DCIDS service areas nationwide, supporting grieving donor families as they navigate the donation experience.
